This form is to request to be placed on a wait list with an artist who’s books are currently closed.

If the tattoo is something they will do, then they will keep you on their wait list. Once they start taking new clients, they will get ahold of you with a consultation link.

If the tattoo is something they will not do, a Body Art Consultant will forward your idea to other artists and get back to you with options for your tattoo.

I understand Rae shall provide discretion as to where the tattoo is applied, as well as what the design will be, with limitations on inner lips, as well as script content and particular art styles that have cultural sensitivity.

Erin's Restrictions: *

I understand

I understand Erin Ashleigh does not tattoo inner lips, bottoms of feet, or genitals, and may decline a tattoo based on feasibility of a design or placement's long-term success. Throat, neck, hand, finger, and feet tattoo inquiries always require a consultation for approval. Erin Ashleigh always encourages tattoos to be visually aligned with ones own ancestry when using cultural references. Erin Ashleigh will not tattoo anything related to hate symbols.

Jenny's Restrictions: *

Jenny does not tattoo, faces, ears, genitals, bottom of feet or hate tattoos. Necks, hands, fingers and feet require a consult and is up to her discretion for any reason.

No arm bands/leg bands.

Jenny will also not tattoo any realism or white tattoos as well.
